STUDENT AWARDS
Excellence in Service Award
The Excellence in Service Award is given to 3-6 student service scholars for outstanding service to Florida's communities. Any full-time college student at an accredited Florida higher education institution, public or private, is eligible to apply. Funds for these awards are a part of FL|CC's congressionally directed FIPSE grant.

This award recognizes students with financial need and civic leadership potential and provides both financial support and mentorship to help them achieve their academic and civic goals.

Thomas Ehrlich Civically Engaged Faculty Award
This award recognizes one faculty member each year for exemplary engaged scholarship, including leadership in advancing students' civic learning, conducting community-based research, fostering reciprocal community partnerships, building institutional commitments to service-learning and civic engagement, and other means of enhancing higher education's contributions to the public good.
