FL|CC Day Institutes on Engaged Scholarship

FL|CC proudly presents a series of Day Institutes for your professional development. This program meets the diverse needs of our member institutions in the current economic environment. The Day Institutes are meant to bring services closer to our member campuses while helping to expand engaged scholarship in the face of travel freezes and reduced budgets. We are offering the institutes in lieu of a multi-day statewide conference and in order to support individual campus programming and strengthen campus-community partnerships.

FL|CC Awards Gala

Because hard work often goes unnoticed and unrecognized, Florida Campus Compact’s Awards Gala provides all Floridians the opportunity to give rightful acclaim to the people behind the most outstanding collegiate service programs in our state. The Gala highlights exceptional contributions of Floridians who are committed to strengthening academics and civic engagement through campus-community partnerships that benefit both the students and the communities they serve. Our annual Gala is the only fundraising function that exclusively supports Florida Campus Compact.

FL|CC Community Service Director's Retreat

FL|CC staff will host a weekend-long retreat for FL|CC member institution community service directors. The retreat provides community service and service-learning directors opportunities to acquire information best practices, network with colleagues from around the state, and plan for advanced intrastate collaboration.

FL|CC Student Scholars' Insitute

Florida Campus Compact (FL|CC) is thrilled to host this exciting Institute filled with interactive dialogue with presenters, policy makers, elected officials, dignitaries, and colleagues from all over Florida. This is a unique opportunity to build new relationships and expand your network with the other participants, develop your civic voice, and enhance your experiences by reflecting on the planned activities. It is our hope that you will return to your communities with a renewed sense of purpose in your role as an active citizen in our democracy.
